Celebration & Event Photography Gift Vouchers
The Details
The voucher entitles the holder to 2 hours of photographic event coverage. Additional vouchers of one or two hours can be added in addition to these but the base 2 hours must be purchased first.
Please check with us prior to booking if you are buying the voucher for a specific event. We would need to make sure we are available that day.
Once confirmed and booked we will consult with the holder of the voucher to discuss specific requirements. Travel within 60 minutes of Sydney CBD is included, after this additional fees will be incurred.
All of the best images from the evening will be made available within 5 days of the event. These will be supplied electronically via DROPBOX or similar and also placed in a dedicated gallery on tony newby.com.au. These will be in low resolution forms, suitable for digital sharing and small prints. These will have had minor editing done to them (light and colour balance mainly)
Should the recipient want any of the images in high resolution they will be made available for $50 each. these will be fully edited and be able to print to a large size. Alternatively we can arrange printing with high quality photo labs that we use.
The Terms & Conditions
This document is a contractual agreement made between: Tony Newby Photography (referred to hereafter as “Photographer”) and Client - in this instance Client refers to both the voucher purchaser and voucher recipient.
AGREEMENT TERMS
EVENT SESSION:Event photography will cover the time booked on the voucher, additional time may be added but will be charged at $175 per hour.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Once the voucher has been redeemed and a session booked, 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or postponement.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the event. If the photo session must be rescheduled due to clients cooperation where the photographer has traveled to reach the destination, additional time & travel fees will apply. No-Show will result in the voucher being voided and no refund will be offered.
COPYRIGHT: The client agrees that TONY NEWBY PHOTOGRAPHY owns the Copyright in all photographs. The client gives permission to Photographer to use any image of the session for industry competitions and as required subsequent usage and for reasonable general promotional advertising .
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said images or authorise any reproductions by parties other than Photographer. Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior written consent from Photographer. A credit line which reads "Tony Newby Photography" in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all permitted published photographs.
Watermarked low resolution images may be provided for the clients to share with friends and family. The client is welcome to tag themselves and share these images; however altering the image in any way, including cropping out the watermark is a direct breach of Copyright.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: We take the utmost care with respect to the exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs and prints. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Photographer’s control, Photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received, or a reshoot can be scheduled at no additional cost. The limit of liability for partial loss or damage of originals shall be a prorated amount of the total amount, based on the percentage of originals lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that Photographer is injured or becomes too ill to attend the session, Photographer will make every effort to find an alternate photographer.
ADDITIONAL FEES: The client has the opportunity to purchase additional images, printed copies or upgraded packages at any time. In such case full payment will be required before the images can be released.
RETOUCHING, CONVERSIONS AND DIGITAL FILES: Standard retouching includes light blemish and stray hair removal. Complex retouching includes such changes as the removal of scars or heavy blemishes. Tonal conversions include converting color images to black-and-white. Files are automatically lightly retouched and available in color and black and white for no added fee. Complex retouching may result in an additional fee.
Digital files are delivered via DROPBOX within 5 days of your session.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Photographer and Client. It supersedes all prior agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, it does not mean that any other provision is also waived.
By purchasing a gift voucher the Client agrees to these terms unless otherwise specified.
