Agreement *

This property release agreement is between Tony Newby Photography (referred to hereafter as “Photographer”) and the undersigned property owner, or having the right to permit the taking and use of, the photographs of certain property as below. I hereby grant the Photographer and any licensees or assignees, the absolute right to photograph such property and to use these and any other reproductions or adaptation from the above mentioned photographic shoot, in all forms and media and in all manners, for advertising, trade or any other lawful purposes. I waive any right to approve the finished version. I also agree that the photograph(s) may be used by the photographer/agency for their own promotional purposes. I understand that the Photographer owns the copyright of their work and I therefore waive any claims I may have based on any use of the photographs.
